I purchased all the new Wet n' Wild coloricon 10pan palettes on Ulta's website. I feel like the shades are very hit and miss. Some are AWESOME quality and others fall short. Either way, I still believe Wet n' Wild has some of the best eyeshadow palettes at the drugstore. If you want to see another tutorial with a different palette, please let me know!
