In this video, I switch out my Apex Airs to the new Newbee RTKP trucks! These trucks have a unique dual bushing design, but also use a traditional pivot cup, at a low angle of 15 degrees. How will they do?

The Apex Airs use dual kingpins, mounted in a parallel design, making the hanger float on the bushings, and proving a comfy ride. The Newbee trucks offer a similar dual bushing design, with one bushing on a bolt, and the other on the kingpin. However, on the RTKP, the hanger rotates around the pivot cup, and uses a small angle to work with angled tip decks. The result is a similar feel, but less bushing resistance.

I'm looking forward to doing a lot of miles on these trucks, and intending to do a full review on them in the future. Since I received these trucks, Newbee has created a slightly different design with Rake, which is supposed to improve the stability.
