The world's finest heroes found the Justice League in order to battle the invading forces of Drakseid on Earth.

Batman discovers an extraterrestrial threat through parademons' scouting activities, leading him to team up with Green Lantern. They, in turn, gather other superpowered individuals: Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Cyborg, and Shazam. At the final instance Batman rescues Superman from Apokolips and brings him back to change the tide of Battle.
