Newspaper Allowance to Central Government Employees: The guidelines on reimbursement of Newspaper bills to the employees of Central Government employees is explained in this video. There are several allowances given to the Central Government employees and one of them is the reimbursement of Newspaper bills purchased by the employees at their residence and it is reimbursed against just a declaration submitted by the employee and no bill are needed to avail this reimbursement.
