Up until two years ago, bootstrapping new UI projects on local IDEs required a lot of time. This changed with the release of the #EasyUI5 tool, which started as a JFDI project to create SAPUI5 apps that are deployable to Cloud Foundry. Over time and with many community contributions, this tool evolved to the defacto standard generator that supports multiple deployment targets and test frameworks.
