I know I'm terrible for not making videos, so here's something short and simple making the sheet that covers the cockpit.

The challenge is making it a good shaped hole. My paper template looked like a potato.

It was really cold, too. Note the 31 year old Desert Storm parka and Mike just hovering over the kerosine heater. :)
