There are times when you have to think outside the box and venture into uncharted territory to test your skills as a night hunter but is "THIS" particular challenge one thats too difficult even for the Night Crew team? Their plan looked great on paper but they soon find out just how difficult hunting public land in Texas really is. Chris and Ronnie dreamed up this scheme several years but never actually attempted it until now. As crazy as it sounds, this hairbrained idea all spawned from a weeknight fishing excursion to a local lake while fishing a bass tournament. In the midst of the competition, the guys ventured in to the back of a cove with banks littered with some of the most incredible "looking" bobcat territory a night hunter could ever dream of (that happened to also be a public hunting area). Their excitement made them both say the say thing to each other at the same time....."man you know theres gotta be cats in there"!!!! They instantly knew what the other was thinking.

Then the plan was simple, use a boat to access all the public land around the lake to go from spot to spot making stands for bobcats. From the looks of the terrain they thought there MUST be a cat behind every single bush....Man were they wrong.
