Nights in Shanghai is an audio drama series exploring an althistory world changed forever by German victory in the Great War. This series is based on the world of ‘Kaiserreich’, the world's most popular fanbuilt althistory universe. In the world of Kaiserreich, Germany and her central Powers allies win the Great War, leading to the collapse of the British and French colonial empires. In their place, empires new and old have brokered a fragile balance of power in a China perpetually on the brink of war.

In Shanghai, the opium dens and gambling houses are always packed. Backroom deals and corruption run rampant. Key among the underground machinery of the socalled ‘Legation Cities’ are compradors: Free agents, fixers, and accomplices from various international backgrounds. The greatest among them is an American from parts unknown, a man known as Frank Duncan…
