nitro to gas conversion using a glow plug

This is my old Super Tiger 2000 25cc former nitro engine that I converted to run on gas.. Only differance is that I choose to use a glow plug... Had people tell me it couldn't be done because the engine would not run right.. Well !! watch the video.. This is only about the third run on the conversion and still have some bugs to work out.. like air in the fuel line.. don't know where it is coming from..

Update.. seems I am having some trouble replying to comments.. so I will update.. the prop used here was a 16x12 I had not put a tach on it yet but I expect that it was around 7000 rpm.. the next day I had found a cure for the mysterious air bubbles getting into the fuel line.. I had also switched props to an APC 18x6.. this gave it way more thrust and it accually started pulling the test stand towards me.. Buddy came over and brought his tach and it showed about on average 8000 rpm.. The best low idle I could get was about 4000 without a glow driver... Added an onboard glow driver and got a stable idle of 16 to 1700.. the trick to this is the engine needs to be fully up to operating temp before removing the glow driver..
