President Richard Nixon talks with his National Security Advisor (and future Secretary of State) Henry Kissinger about Africa. In particular, they discuss recent events in Uganda and Burundi, including the threatened massacre of British subjects by Ugandan leader Idi Amin Dada (whom Nixon has a very low opinion of). In this clip, Nixon rails against the State Department bureaucracy for what he believes is the department's support for any blackled African government, regardless of the atrocities that the government is perpetrating on its people.
