Ingredients:
Cookies/400 g (14 oz)
Peanuts/200 g (7 oz)
Sugar/50 g (1/4 cup)
Milk/150 ml (1/2 cup)
Butter/150 g (~3/4 cup)
Coconut/40 g (1/2 cup)
Milk chocolate/200 g (7 oz)
Baking pan size/20cm × 20cm (8x8 in)
Melt the second part of the chocolate and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Pour over the sponge cake layers, reserving about 2 tablespoons for decoration.
Chill for 2 hours.
Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
