Base:
180 gr (2 Cups) Pulverized cookies.
90 to 110 gr of melted butter (I used 100 gr).
Stuffed:
320 gr of Cream Cheese.
250 to 270 gr of Condensed Milk (1 1/4 1 1/3 Cup).
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Zest of 1 lemon (1 tsp).
60 to 80 ml Lemon juice (1/4 to 1/3 Cup).
270 ml of Whipping Cream (1 1/3 Cup).
10 gr of Grenetina or natural Gelatin (1 Tbsp).
50 ml of Cold Water.
Decor:
Whipped Cream (100 to 150 ml).
Lemon zest.
