This is my favorite recipe and method, just with regular butter you can make puff pastry bread that is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, buttery, hollow like a croissant and fluffy to the max.
Butter puff pastry bread (simple croissant without folding)
300 grams bread flour (can be replaced with allpurpose flour)
40 grams of sugar
5 grams of yeast
160 grams of cold water
30 grams of butter
1 tsp salt
120130 grams of unsalted butter
