Oatmeal
Trail mix
Tortillas
Peanut butter
Bananas
Apples
Honey
Salad kits
Vegetables (peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc)
Knorr rice & pasta sides
Just add water soup mixes
Instant mashed potatoes
Canned tuna, chicken, vegetables, cheese sauce, etc.
Breakfast 1: Oatmeal with trail mix (hot or cold)
Breakfast 2: Tortilla with peanut butter, chopped fruit, and honey
Cold Meal 1: Salad kit wrap
Cold Meal 2: tuna/chicken salad wrap
Cold Meal 3: Veggie wrap with hummus or cream cheese
Hot Meal 1: Chicken & Rice or Beef & Vegetable soup over mashed potatoes
Bonus Hot Meal: Instant noodles with mashed potatoes
Hot Meal 2: Cheesy Bean and Rice Burritos (or Beef & Rice burritos if you use chili instead of beans)
Hot Meal 3: Cheesy Tuna Pasta
Hot Meal 4: Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, and Chicken with Gravy
