[No Mixer] The most delicious cheese bun with simple ingredients. Very easy to make!


Warm milk 210ml
Active dry yeast 3g(1tsp)
White sugar 25g(2tbsp)
Bread flour 300g(2cups)
Salt 3g(1/2tsp)
Softened unsalted butter 30g(2tbsp)
Shredded cheeseJam

Bake for1520 minutes at 356°F/180°C
