For 12 mushrooms (weight ~450g):
1 egg
60g sugar
80g sour cream
110g butter
3 tsp cocoa (8g)
1/3 tsp baking powder (2g)
~250g flour
a pinch each of salt and vanilla
Bake in a well heated oven at 180C for ~ 1520 minutes.
