NO OVEN! BEST chocolate cake recipe in 5 minutes
For the top:
Digestive biscuits – 500g (approx. 4 cups)
Butter – 150g (2/3 cup)
Cocoa 3 teaspoons
For the jam:
frozen or fresh cherries – 400 g (approx. 3 cups)
Agaragar 2 teaspoons
Sugar 2 tablespoons
For the cream:
Chocolate – 400g (approx. 14 ounces (oz))
liquid cream – 200 ml (3/4 cup)
Cream cheese – 300g (1 1/4 cups)
Powdered sugar optional – (I added about 4 tablespoons)
Method of preparation
Crush the cookies and mix with the melted butter and cocoa. Mix until the cocoa is homogenized with the cookies and butter. We put the composition on a tray with removable edges and give the tray shape from the crushed cookies.
In a pan, heat the cherries with the sugar over medium heat, stir until the sugar melts and when the cherries are almost done, add the agaragar. After the jam has gelled, pour over the cookies and let cool slightly.
In a large bowl, add the liquid cream and powdered sugar and mix until the mixture thickens, add the cream cheese and mix well. Then finally the melted chocolate. Mix very well until all of the chocolate is incorporated. Add sugar to taste. Pour the mixture over the cookies and cherries and refrigerate for at least 23 hours.
