Potato Cheese Bread
Cooking oil 45g
Milk 45ml
Tapioca starch 210g
Potatoes 260g (weight of raw potatoes, excluding skin)
Egg 1
Salt 1 tsp
shred cheese 160g

Please prepare ✔
Boil and cook enough potatoes and then mash them.
Prepare all ingredients at room temperature.

1. First, lightly boil the cooking oil and milk in a saucepan. Add the warmed milk and cooking oil to the bowl containing the tapioca starch and mix quickly.
2. Add mashed potatoes, egg, salt and mix. Add cheese and mix well.
3. Divide the dough into appropriate sizes.
4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 2025 minutes.
