We do not have specific drugs/medications to help treat or manage the condition of Fibromyalgia. Because of this (and due to the fact that the predominant kind of pain experienced by patients with Fibromyalgia involves a sensitised nervous system nociplastic pain); Fibromyalgia and other chronic pains, lend themselves to a holistic way of approaching their management rather than relying on medication or interventions.
