UPDATE: The car was available all day on Easter Sunday (2024) and it's gone now. I presume it was some kind of "Easter Egg." I'm glad I found it was able to drive it around.

I found a guy driving around the San Francisco airport in one of these. So I took it for a drive over the Golden Gate Bridge and into downtown SF... I show you how to find the car in the first part of the video. Enjoy!
