My measuring cup 250 ml
1 Cup Chickpeas
3/4 Cup of Water from cooking the Chickpeas
1 teaspoon of salt
1 Clove of Garlic
2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Healthy Fats)
