RollsRoyce unveils the technology behind their highly anticipated nuclear powered micro reactor, which has the power to dramatically increase the duration of future lunar missions and their scientific value. The micro reactor will provide the power necessary for humans to live and work on the lunar surface including providing a stable power source to support systems for communications, lifesupport systems and scientific experiments. This event, which took place at Space Park Leicester on 28th March 2023 provided valuable insight into the micro reactor project, its technology and vision for the future.
