Concerning the DOA bit, from Proxisky: quality checks are performed for all units shipped out (including mine, which was confirmed working prior to shipping). This was the first and only case of such a DOA mount out of more than 200 shipped abroad any similar cases, should they happen in the future, are covered by warranty.
