The Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex (TFCC) is a ligamentous and cartilaginous structure at the ulnar side of the wrist. It keeps the forearm bones stable when the hand grasps or forearm rotates.
This video shows a set of exercises meant to strengthen the wrist and finger muscles using a resistive band and stress ball. Consult your occupational therapist to check if it is appropriate for you to start these exercises. Stop any movement that causes extreme pain and seek advice from your occupational therapist.
