The Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex (TFCC) is a ligamentous and cartilaginous structure at the ulnar side of the wrist. It keeps the forearm bones stable when the hand grasps or forearm rotates.
This video shows a set of exercises meant to strengthen the secondary stabilisers and forearm muscles during forceful use. They are also prescribed to improve the reaction time of these muscles during daily functions. Consult your occupational therapist to check if it is appropriate for you to start these exercises. Stop any movement that causes extreme pain and seek advice from your occupational therapist.
