America eats too much and, for the first time in a developed country, scientists announce a drop in life expectancy. The problem is so serious that Michelle Obama, the President's wife, decided to put her fellow citizens on a diet.

Throughout the country, summer camps for overweight children are opened. The Mayors reorganize their city to put an end to the reign of "all cars" and to make their constituents work. Elected officials also dare to attack the restaurant industry to force it to offer more dietetic menus, especially for children.

But the United States is also the country of uninhibited kilos. In New York, a very special fast food restaurant is provocative. The "Heart Attack Grill", a heart attack restaurant, serves a onekilo burger, the caloric equivalent of 8 meals.
