You can unlock and play his prologue once you complete "Master of Wealth Chapter 1: "The Covetous Witch"", but you will need guide the character (essentially obtain the character) to unlock the rest of the story.

This is a Elite Fragment character. Unlike those obtained via "guide", players will need to obtain 100 Elite Fragments from the "Find/Cait Treasures" ad play and exchange for the respective traveler's seal to obtain the traveler.

Honestly if Narr wasn't locked behind... well... the Elite Fragment exchange, I think I would consider him as a potential Ringbearer Chosen candidate. He might fit the bill? Maybe? But I can sort of imagine a funny scenario where Narr would ask Alaune about the parameters of a contract before agreeing to aiding in her overthrow of King Pardis III. Perhaps in another timeline...
