Looks like this Iberia A359 rotated to a point then the nose dropped and they pulledup again call for V1 too early? The tail looks like it dragged and then they literally hit the boosters and went into orbit look at that climb rate
Images show an unusual departure graph, you can clearly see the initial rotate (speed in yellow) with the crazy steep climb!
