Odupale/odu dose or Kappa rotti is a traditional breakfast recipe. It is prepared by using earthenware pan(Odu). So it is called as odupale. We added both raw rice (broken) and boiled rice in the ratio of 4:2. Sweet Coconut milk is a best combination for this dish. Even sambar and spinach curry can also be used as a side dish for it.
Ingredients:
Dosa Rice 4 cups
Brown Rice 2 cups,
Greated coconut 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
