Mountain water tends to be "hard" and full of minerals, so the sellers have installed a wholehouse water filter under the home and an Aquasana undersink water filter to ensure your water is easy on your appliances and soft on your skin. An AT&T cell tower is within direct line of sight of the cabin allowing good cell phone reception; the homeowners use Star Link for internet service.
