INGREDIENTS FOR THE BEST OKRA SOUP RECIPE
20 to 30 pieces Okra fingers
1 cup red palm oil
Meat of choice( shaki, ponmo, cowfoot, beef)
2 large bell peppers
2 bell peppers
2 chilli peppers (shombo)
cleaned dried fish
cleaned stock fish
fresh prawns
1 cooking spoon iru (locust beans)
3 tablespoonful crayfish powder
1 teaspoon cameroon pepper
1 handful /1 cup spinach (optional)
3 maggi /stock cubes or
2 tablespoonful bouillon powder
salt to taste
