This reel was untitled and had 3 smaller reels spliced together onto a larger reel. I had some issues getting the spliced parts of the film through the feeder on the converter but a little video editing and I was able to remove the snags from the final product. Initially I wasn't sure where my father (Harry Gordon) had filmed this but I was able to correlate some landmarks in the video to Olongapo City in the Philippines. It was recorded sometime between 197576 while my father served in the Navy on the USS Midway which is also featured in the video, along with a few other battle ships. Enjoy!
