#hammock #camping #outdoors Headed out to one of my absaloute favorite locations for an overnight hammock camp. There is still a bit of snow in the mountians around me, but the roads are clear, and I have my stomping grounds back!!! This camping trip was a little bit different than what I usually film as I was joined by Shannon. It was her very first time hammock camping. This little mountain lake adventure was full of laughs, and we had such an amazing trip into the forest. Not only did I show her what hammock camping was all about, I treated her to a fivestar meal of steaks cooked on hot rocks and potatoes and carrots cooked up in tinfoil on the coals. Whiskey Jack's paid us a surprise visit, and she almost had these little birds eating out of her hand, but instead, they stole some steak and headed for the trees. It was by far my favorite and most memorable camp in a long time. It's definitely a different experience having someone to talk to around the campfire, stargazing, and listening to the loon calls and frogs.... yes, frogs there back!!!!! and as loud as always up there. We had an unbelievable time on this weekend adventure.
