The Fairey Fulmar was a Naval fighter and reconnaissance aircraft which saw service during the second world war. Having a requirement for a crew of 2 due to the belief that a navigator was used for operations at sea, this resulted in a larger design compared to contemporary landbased fighter aircraft.
