Hot Water Cornbread Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups yellow (or white) Corn Meal
1/4 Teaspoon salt
Boiling hot water
2 Tablespoon melted butter, unsalted

NOTE: If you can't find plain cornmeal you can use cornmeal mix or make your own
