Few people know this method. I was taught by a Turkish baker! It's conquering the whole world! Everyone is delighted! Better than in the store and incredibly tasty. The recipe belongs to my greatgrandmother! The whole family loves this kurasan recipe!
❗After this recipe, you won't buy them anymore, but you can bake them yourself at home.

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

200 ml of warm milk.
200 ml of warm water.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix all ingredients well.
Cover with a towel and leave for 5 minutes.
Mix.
1 egg.
60 ml of vegetable oil.
Mixing.
Sift 550 g of flour (plain).
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
Sift another 200 g of flour (plain).
Mix with your hands.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead the dough until it is medium soft.
Form a ball.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover with foodgrade film.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 45 minutes.
The dough rose well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
We work with flour.
Knead the dough.
Roll out the dough with a diameter of 4045 cm.
We will need a round cup with a diameter of about 15 cm.
Cut the dough into 8 parts up to the marked circle.
Grease with 70 g of room temperature butter.
Fold the edges as shown in the video.
Place on a baking tray.
Cover with foodgrade film.
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
30 minutes later.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough with a diameter of 60 cm.
Cut into 16 pieces.
Make cuts.
Roll up.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
It's so simple that any new baker can do it!
Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mix well.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 2530 minutes.
Everything's all right!
Let them cool slightly.
