Closing new to this channel
Distributor: Warner Home Video | Original pressing [Extremely rare; however my copy was reprinted in a clamshell colored light blue; original copies came in a big box colored brown] | Tape print date: September 7, 1984 | Catalog number: 11162 | Release date: April 1982 [clamshell was copyrighted 1983] | Keep in mind this was the first feature film directed by George Lucas, who used elements of this movie to create Star Wars and the THX sound system founded by him

Synopsis:
In the 25th century, a time when people have designations instead of names, a man, THX 1138, and a woman, LUH 3417, rebel against their rigidlycontrolled society.

Opening:
1. FBI warning screen
2. 1981 Warner Home Video logo
3. MPAA rating bumper ["PG"] (movie was originally rated GP, then rerated R for the 2004 rerelease)
4. Prologue (basically a trailer for a Buck Rogers serial, one of Lucas' inspirations for this movie and the Star Wars saga)
5. 1973 Warner Bros. Pictures logo (plasters the 1970 "Kinney Shield" logo)
6. American Zoetrope logo (yes, Francis Ford Coppola was involved with this movie)
7. Opening credits (the font and background gives vibes of the first Lucasfilm Ltd. logo)

Closing:
1. Severely cropped closing credits (That's right, Warner did a very poor job of presenting the credits as intended! Mind the viewers watching I did not edit this in post, or as a means to bypass copyright, WHV cropped it close to the shot of THX standing by the sunset. Plus, the font was all the way to the bottom right of the screen. One of the worst cropping jobs in home video history!)
