Oral rabies vaccination of dogs is recommended by WHO, WOAH and the US CDC as a beneficial complementary activity to parenteral rabies vaccination campaigns to increase vaccination coverages in hard to access dog populations. In this video we present the Oral Bait Handout method for bait distribution. This training video used baits containing coloured water only. Permission to use ORV in India is currently pending and so as such, no ORV has been used to date.
