Hey, Corvin Channel Friends! It's near the end of 2021. Time flies. Last year, we can't properly celebrate Christmas because of the pandemic. It's the second Christmas when we can't gather with our friends and family or just get that special feeling about Christmas.

There was always Christmas trees, colourful lights, and ornaments across malls and streets. Everything was festive and memorable.

But will this Christmas be the same again?

Mommy Glenn has something to do at Orchard. Mommy hasn't visited this place for three months. Because there's a chance to do that and since Mommy Glenn go by herself, why don't we check if there's any "clue" that this Christmas will be different?

Alright, it's time to begin our journey today! There might be some of you who wonder why Mommy Glenn take the small trip alone.


The sole reason is the pandemic hasn't finished yet. Even there's another variant that appears recently. It's best to keep Glenn and Hansel safe at home.

No. Mommy won't do that for giving the impression of being single. Hehehe. We might as well check if there are many children in these areas.

First, let's stop off at Lucky Plaza since Mommy has something to do here. It won't take long. Yet it may take more time to travel from one place to another.

Mommy Gleen's hungry. So Mommy will go straight to Bakmi Town. If you want to see the full review of this restaurant, you can check our previous vlogs.

This restaurant is Mommy Glenn's favourite. The noodle is so delicious. This time, Mommy buys a noodle with chicken and mushroom, as well as a fried noodle. You can also buy other menus, like tendon and rib meatballs. There are plentiful of dishes here.

Even you can find the famous Indomie noodles here!

But, Mommy Glenn has to order takeaway meals. We should back home fast because Glenn asked Mommy to buy a takoyaki. And to do so, Mommy must go to Somerset/313.

Alright, let's continue this.

Where is the fastest route? We should take the underground across ION. Do you know, Guys? This place isn't too crowded as usual because it's not a weekend. But, we should be hurry because it's near 7 PM.

Even though we should be quick, Orchard street apparently become so cool. Singapore has been opened for the world again. But Mommy didn't expect the Christmas and New year celebrations to be heartily prepared, although it's still the beginning of December.

There are glittering lights and Christmas ornaments. Mommy cannot wait for Christmas and New Year. Besides that, the flock of birds chirping around makes Mommy miss this place. The birds are going home because it's already evening.


There are also many statues with glowing lights. Mommy Glenn is going to take a picture like a tourist at Orchard streets with these statues.

It's the right time since Mommy doesn't bring anyone with her. Actually, Mommy Glenn is quite shy when doing it. Even there are some people who offer to help take pictures because Mommy seems troubling herself with it.

That's so embarrassing. Mommy talks with herself and looks confused. But just let it be.

Let's continue our way to the takoyaki shop!

At that corner of the street, there was a Robinson store. And now, it's changed into Courts store. That surprises Mommy Glenn after staying too long at her house. Hehehe.

One other thing. Mommy Glenn is going to purchase hair ties at an accessories shop. It's just a quick visit, yet it's kind of hard for Mommy to choose between many products. Mommy Glenn favours the cordlike shape. Let's buy it, and the other two for substitutes.

Oh, Mommy nearly forgot to buy a takoyaki! Hahaha. We must go to the takoyaki shop, for real this time.
