This part of this tutorial series demonstrates the use of the exploratory regression tool and the ordinary least squares regression tools in ArcPro 2.6. The demo includes demographic variables to model the burglary rate, and in the process identifies a handful of variables that work well together to create a model with an adjusted R squared of around .47 and healthy diagnostics EXCEPT upon checking for Spatial Correlation with the Moran's I tool, we find excessive spatial autocorrelation indicating a need to use Geographically Weighted Regression or the adoption of a larger unit of analysis (like census tracts or ZIP codes)
