Many families relocating to Orlando say they want New Construction homes, then quickly find out that the Neighborhoods these homes are in can be much further away from amenities, and the lots themselves can be quite small and close together.

The established areas of Orlando such as Winderemere, Dr. Phillips, & Winter Park have some incredible neighborhoods with mature trees, large lots, and great schools, churches, shopping, restaurants all nearby but the houses themselves can be less than desirable on the inside, due to aging styles of decor and finishes.

Mediterranean styled homes were quite popular in the 19992008 era, but some of their styling can be quite heavy and dark, making it overwhelming to take on as a renovation and design project.
