Orman (Woodcutter) Kebab:
750 g cubed beef
Two dried onions
Five cloves of garlic
Two carrots
Two potatoes
A glass of canned peas
A tablespoon of flour
1.5 liters of hot water
Two bay leaves
Half a teacup of olive oil
A tablespoon of butter
A tablespoon of thyme
A teaspoon of black pepper
A coffee spoon of salt

Preparation:
We soak the meat in cold water for 15 minutes, wash and drain it well. We take our oil into the pot and add the meat, it waters. When it starts to boil down, we add chopped onion and garlic, then add butter. Then take the carrots in the pot and mix for 2 minutes, then add flour, mix a little as I show in the video, and add water and start cooking. Let's have a check after 1 hour. If it's past half consistency, first we pour the potatoes into it, add canned peas, we add black pepper, lastly we add thyme and close the lid. We brew it for 5 minutes.
