''And the Oscar goes to...''

The Academy Awards, better known as the Oscars or Oscar Awards, is Hollywood’s most famous and prestigious award in the film industry.
Since 1927, nominees and winners are selected by members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS). The Academy Awards are an international recognition of excellence in cinematic achievements.

There are currently 24 categories for awarding an Oscar. The various category winners are awarded a copy of a golden statuette as a trophy, officially called the "Academy Award of Merit", although more commonly referred to by its nickname, the "Oscar".

Note Fair Use:
Fair use is a doctrine in the law of the United States that permits limited use of copyrighted material without having
to first acquire permission from the copyright holder. Fair use is one of the limitations to copyright intended to balance
the interests of copyright holders with the public interest in the wider distribution and use of creative works.
In the United States, in the Copyright Act of 1976 under Section 107, allowance of copyrighted material is made for
fair use for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship or research, and is as such not an
infringement of copyright.
To determine whether use of copyrighted material is fair use some factors are considered, like the purpose and character of the use,
the nature of the copyrighted work, the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole
and the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.

While U.S. fair use law has been influential in some countries, some countries have fair use criteria drastically different from
those in the U.S., and some countries do not have a fair use framework at all. Some countries have the concept of fair dealing
instead of fair use, while others use different systems of limitations and exceptions to copyright. Many countries have some
reference to an exemption for educational use, though the extent of this exemption varies widely.
