Ottawa Police SWAT team on the scene of a dramatic stand-off
Ottawa Police were called to the Business Inn & Suites at the corner of Elgin and MacLaren streets at around 10:20 a.m. on Monday, September 7, in response to reports of a man throwing debris from a hotel window. A tactical team was deployed when the man barricaded himself in a room.
