A year ago, we decided that we wanted to get pregnant. I always thought it would happen right away, but over the past year, I had to learn that you can't plan and control everything. It was important to me to share this "Trying To Conceive" journey with you to show that it doesn't always happen immediately. Unfulfilled desire for children can be very painful, and no matter how long it actually takes, the time just feels like an eternal, uncertain path.
