Walking tour of Ourém, a small city with a peculiar history, located in in central Portugal. From its ancient castle ruins to its quaint cobblestone streets, the old medival town of Ourém exudes charm and history at every turn. But there is also a modern Ourém to discover. Ourém is the seat of the municipality that includes the city of Fátima, known for the miracles and Marian apparitions that took place there in 1917.
