The Oklahoma City Police Department values the sanctity of life. The OKCPD Tactical Team is our greatest form of deescalation in the department. These men and women are some of our highest trained officers, highly equipped with techniques and resources to respond to a variety of situations. With armored vehicles, they are capable of safely negotiating with barricaded suspects. With more less lethal options the Tact Team can apprehend suspects with as minimal force as necessary. Responding 24/7, they live up to their motto of "Anywhere, Anyway, Anytime."
