I have written this astral travel and lucid dream sleep hypnosis/guided meditation to help you relax deeply, sleep easily and rediscover the true you that emerges when you align your most authentic values and aspirations with all inner wisdoms and intuitions… and with all inner vibrations and frequencies.

Some say that In the relaxed state of hypnosis, when your mind and your body and your spirit are aligned and in harmony, you unlock the door to your powerful subconscious and release your true energy.

In addition to astral traval, I also wrote this hypnosis to help you enjoy a lucid dream. A lucid dream is when you know you’re dreaming while you’re still asleep. In this deeply relaxed state, which some scientists claim is like being not quite asleep and not quite awake, you’re very aware that the scenes and images flashing through your mind aren’t really happening. However, the dream feels vivid and real. In some instances, you may even feel that you are able to control what happens in the dream, almost as though you’re directing a movie as you sleep.

Regardless of whether you are interested in astral travel or lucid dreaming, this session has also been created to help you deeply relax and fall quickly and easily into sleep by clearing your mind of anxious, negative or uneasy thoughts. The hypnotic language, guided visualisations and calming music will help distract your conscious mind and help you stop overthinking, especially at night.

When you canprevent your mind from wandering into the future or into the past – especially when doing so creates feelings of anger, remorse, regret, fear or apprehension – you are able to access your subconscious. Your subconscious control mind is far more receptive to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in a relaxed trance state.

This audio track daily is safe and suitable for frequent listening – as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.
