00:00 Raw material is acclimated in a climate controlled warehouse.
03:04 Tubes are filled with wood whenever there are screws so that there are two anchor points through the aluminum and through the wood.

08:33 Outdoors RV use virgin aluminum and virgin foam (ie. NOT recycled) to have the best quality raw materials. They are using 2 pound weight, 1.5’’ inch thickness foam.

15:32 They cut foam with a heated wire which melts clean cuts and thus doesn’t create pebbles that might cause delamination issues. Matt gives it a try!
