Got an overheating PS4? Many people think their PS4 is overheating when it just has a loud fan or feels hot to the touch. The truth is that neither of those mean that your console is overheating. When any PS4, including the Slim and the Pro, overheats it does two things...it beeps loudly 3 times and it gives you an error on the screen telling you that the console is too hot. (They used to also show a red light but they don't do that anymore.)
